Client Emergency Response
At Inspec we are proud of our ability to respond quickly to our Client’s needs, as demonstrated this weekend.
Following a call out late Friday we mobilised a team who, working closely with the Clients engineers, from a standing start resolved a production critical issue within 24 hours over the weekend – requiring the in-flight design, installation, testing, and commissioning of a complex safety solution.
In recognition of our efforts the Clients Site Director thanked us for “a tremendous achievement, especially given the short notice and weekend execution” commenting our “responsiveness and expertise truly demonstrate what strong collaboration and business partnership look like”. Whilst the European Head of Manufacturing thanked us for our “commitment and highly professional execution” exclaiming it was “great to have partners” like us.
As with all businesses it is the people that make the difference and on this occasion I am immensely proud of the team for what we managed to achieve.
